A serial entrepreneur with extensive business interests across multiple industries, Daniel founded Tres Commas in 2017 to provide exceptional outsourcing services that met his exacting standards and expectations. Daniel is the driving force behind our company with his 20 years worth of experience in business, executive-level sales, business schools, talent development, and leadership.
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
An accomplished CEO with an impressive track record of leading companies from London to Kyiv, Yehuda is a co-founder of Tres Commas and confidant of our other founder Daniel. Yehuda's strengths are in his strong work ethic, strategic planning, implementation skills. Yehuda brings both shrewdness and deep operational experience to our company.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Angelina is an individual who gets things done. Her solid problem-solving ability, excellent interpersonal skills and talent for aligning business objectives with customer experience and compliance strategy were fundamental to appointing Angelina to this position. Angelina is a skilled multi-tasker who regularly works on numerous projects simultaneously.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With a strong background in corporate finance and accounting, Diana brings us a wealth of experience previously working at UniCredit Bank Ukraine, investment holding Vertex Invest Group and Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange. Her in-depth understanding of balance sheets, cash flow management, budgeting, and general finance ensures our books are always in order.
Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
An integral part of our leadership team, Indre leads our HR depatment that includes talent acquisition, recruitment, training and development programs. Having worked in Ireland, Cyprus, Lithuania, America and Ukraine, Indre's wealth of international HR experience is invaluable to our company and gives us the edge over our competitors.
IT & Systems Integration Director
A seasoned IT professional, David is the backbone of our in-house operations as well as lead vanguard of new client projects. David and his team analyze our clients business processes, streamline internal operations, and select and implement applicable technologies to maximize performance and results.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & CyberSecurity
An IT expert with 15 years of experience in network engineering and Windows administration, Oleg is why our partners and we feel safe and protected. Oleg leads internal and external technology strategy, infrastructure, maintenance, risk assessment, security protocols and more. Oleg simplifies the most complex IT issues with ease.
Talent Development & Training Director
Tasked with overseeing our professional development programs, training initiatives, and career growth opportunities for our sales, support, compliance, and quality control departments, Viktor is a strategic thinker and proactive member of our leadership team. From business coaching in China to sales training in Italy, Viktor provides us a global outlook to best practices.
Chief HR-Safety Officer
With a profound understanding of human psychology, Giedrius is responsible for our team's general well-being and planning and creating occupational info-security policies and programs. An integral part of the HR department, he also implements info-security protocols, including risk assessments, background checks and is a certified polygraph examiner.
Quality Assurance Director
Leading our team of quality assurance professionals, Andrew built this department from the ground up in only 3 years. Responsible for maintaining company standards in the sales, support and customer experience departments, Andrew and his team evaluate call and email communications across all locations to identify where training is required.
Senior Legal Adviser
Previously a consultant at KPMG, Igor is now part of our senior legal services team advising and updating our leadership and partners on all legal matters. Igor is an experienced lawyer with a Master of Law degree from Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv, Ukraine. The legal insight he provides is crucial to our operations.
Talent Acquisition Team Leader
Responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring of talent, Nina works hand-in-hand with our chief HR officer Indre. Nina oversees our full-cycle recruitment process, managing all administrative duties and monitoring initiatives between departments. An experienced HR profesional that also holds a Master's degree in Finance.
