Our partner, international IT company is looking for a HR generalist to join their fast growing team

Requirements

  • Higher education (personnel management, psychology)
  • 2 years of proven working experience as HR Manager and IT recruiter in IT companies (experience in a start-up company/Digital marketing company will be a plus)
  • Experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Experience in organizational consulting
  • Leading processes development of team leaders
  • Initiative experience in mentoring managers
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to organize and execute things
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills, high level of attention to details
  • Problem-solving attitude, responsible, initiative
  • Positive, pro-active, and self-motivated
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities

  • Developing effective job descriptions for different positions
  • Technical screening of CVs
  • Search, selection, and evaluation
  • Interviewing & selection
  • Organizing a technical interview (planning, submitting a detailed CV and info, providing feedback etc.)
  • Filling up vacancies
  • Maintaining recruitment database
  • Onboarding and adaptation newcomers to the company
  • Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement
  • To be in charge of employee welfare
  • Run regular one-to-one meetings with employees, review after the probation period
  • Support employee opportunities for professional development
  • Consult other managers on human resources issues
  • Participate in performance review meetings
  • Team relations management
  • Retention and termination of employees
  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, medical insurance, expenses, vacation etc.
  • Assistance in organizing corporate events, team buildings etc.
  • Good teamwork with the company management team and services such as a finance manager and an information systems manager
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metric
