Our partner, international IT company is looking for an IT Recruiter to join their fast growing team

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an IT recruiter
  • Providing full cycle of recruitment
  • Understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
  • Good knowledge of IT market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Self-organization and responsible
  • English — intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
  • Developing job descriptions
  • Advertising job availability through online channels and other media
  • Search and match qualified candidates, through company database, social media channels, job boards and other resources;
  • Performing in-person and phone/Skype interviews with candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Creating written reports that detail candidate advantages and disadvantages, along with recommendations for which to hire
